A firearm was reported stolen from a vehicle on Townview Road in Rome on Wednesday.
According to a Rome Police Department report:
A man told police that his Mercedes E 400 was locked, but when he returned home Wednesday morning the driver’s side door, glove box, and center console were all open.
A Kel-Tec .380 semi-automatic pistol was missing.
The gun is valued at $250.
