Two Garden Lakes teens have been arrested in connection with damage caused to a Floyd County School bus that occurred back on May 18.
According to the arrest warrants:
19-year-old Nassir Sumeek Rashid Mohammed Ghani and 19-year-old Deontre Javarius Smith entered two buses while they were parked at Garden Lakes Elementary School, cutting a seat on one of the buses and activating a fire extinguisher which caused extensive damage to the interior of the bus.
Both Ghani and Smith are charged with felony counts of interference with government property and entering an automobile as well as misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass.
