The Rome-Floyd County Commission on Children and Youth is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Jolly as its new Executive Director. In her new role, Jolly will lead the Commission in its mission to enhance the well-being of children, youth, and families throughout the Rome-Floyd County community.
Under Jolly’s leadership as Executive Director, the RFCCCY will continue its mission of improving conditions for children and families in Rome and Floyd County. The Rome-Floyd County Commission on Children and Youth (RFCCCY) is a county collaborative organization that works as part of the statewide Georgia Family Connection Partnership network. Jolly will provide planning, facilitation, communication, and coordination of services for the partners participating in this work.
Jolly has more than eighteen years of dedicated experience in family and community services and family
advocacy, with most of her time spent working with schools and non-profit organizations in Rome and
Floyd County. Most recently, Jolly served as the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Coordinator
for Rome City Schools. In this role, she orchestrated the implementation of TBRI initiatives across all
Rome City schools to facilitate system-wide trauma-informed and attachment-aware changes.
Before joining Rome City Schools, she served as the Director of Outreach Programs at the YMCA of Rome and Floyd County. Jolly is a TBRI Practitioner and TBRI mentor and holds several academic degrees, including a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services.
