Two people were arrested at their Tom Bing Road home Tuesday on charges of child molestation and aggravated child molestation.
According to the arrest warrants:
The incidents involved a minor under the age of 16 and occurred between an unknown date and October of last year at a residence on Conn Lake Road in Lindale.
26-year-old Nicholas Keith Gilmore and 24-year-old Heaven Leigh Angel Hughes remain in the Floyd County Jail without bond.
Hughes is additionally charged with being a party to a crime for allegedly encouraging her significant other to touch the victim in an inappropriate manner.
