Floyd County Public Works –
Floyd County Public Works is planning to close Ellis Road on Tuesday to replace a failed cross drain at residence #114.
The road will close Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 8 a.m. and will not reopen until Thursday, August 17 at 4 p.m.
The detour for this work zone will be Mathis Road and Pleasant Valley Road.
School bus traffic will not be able to cut through using Ellis Road.
