Rockmart mass shooting suspect returned to Polk County

A man accused of shooting and killing four people in Rockmart two weeks ago is now lodged in the Polk County.
According to jail records, 27-year old Daylon Delon Gamble was booked at 5:45 p.m. Thursday and is charged with four counts of murder, aggravated battery and felony theft by taking.
Gamble was arrested on January 27 in Indianapolis, Indiana for the shooting deaths of 48-year old Helen Rose Mitchell and 19-year old Jaequnn Davis, as well as the wounding of 24-year old Peerless Brown on Williamson Street, as well as 24-year old Arkeyla Perry and 26-year old Dadrian Cummings on Rome Street.
